DFT - Sr Engineer

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to join their Hardware Engineering team in Chennai. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of Connectivity SoCs through structured DFT, Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), and Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST) techniques.
