DFT-Sr Engineer

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to join their Hardware Engineering team in Chennai. This role focuses on Design for Testability (DFT) and involves working with cutting-edge semiconductor testing technologies. The position requires expertise in ATPG test patterns, MBIST verification, and post-silicon debugging.

The ideal candidate will interface with design teams to ensure DFT design rules and coverage requirements are met, while generating high-quality manufacturing test patterns. They will work extensively with MBIST verification, including repair and test pattern generation using Mentor tools. The role involves collaboration with Product/Test engineering teams for ATE manufacturing test pattern delivery and supporting post-silicon debug efforts.

The position requires either a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, a Master's degree with 1+ year experience, or a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
