This role requires an experienced professional with 15+ years of solid experience in SoC design to lead and manage complex chip development projects. The position involves overseeing full chip design for multi-million gates SoC, managing digital design and development (RTL), and driving project milestones across design, verification, and physical implementations.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in various bus protocols, memory controller designs, and chip IO design. They should possess strong leadership abilities to provide direction and mentoring to teams, while maintaining excellent communication skills to ensure effective program management. The role demands comprehensive understanding of the complete SoC development cycle from specification to commercialization.

Responsibilities For Director - ASIC/SoC RTL Design Manager
- Full chip design for multi million gates SoC
- Digital design and development (RTL)
- Manage IP dependencies, planning and tracking of front end design tasks
- Driving project milestones across design, verification and physical implementations
- Developing architecture and micro-architecture from specs
- Providing direction, mentoring, and leadership to small to medium sized groups
Requirements For Director - ASIC/SoC RTL Design Manager
- Minimum 15 years of solid experience in SoC design
- Understanding of various bus protocols AHB, AXI and peripherals like USB, SDCC
- Understanding of Memory controller designs and Microprocessors
- Understanding of Chip IO design and packaging
- Expertise in Synopsys Design Compiler Synthesis and formal verification
- Good post silicon bring up and debug experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
