Responsibilities For Director Engineering - IOT
- Develops, creates, and modifies general computer applications software and specialized utility programs
- Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions
- Designs software for client use with aim of optimizing operational efficiency
- Confers with product managers, business leads, and engineers to design systems
- Manages project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small projects
- Performs code reviews on project team's submitted solutions
- Serves as a technical leader within area of focus
Requirements For Director Engineering - IOT
- 15+ years of Software Engineering or related work
- 5+ years of experience with IOT and related areas
- 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science
- 4+ years of experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python
- 4+ years of experience with debugging techniques
- Experience in IOT product design and development with hands-on experience for Multimedia and AI/ML software
- Familiarity with IOT reference platforms and customization
