Responsibilities For DSP Engineer - Audio

  • Support Qualcomm Compute and Mobile customer projects
  • Handle Audio, DSP & voice related engineering problems reported by customers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to expedite solutions to customer problems
  • End-to-end Audio usecase understanding and implementation
  • Support Audio and DSP Customer activities for Windows/Linux

Requirements For DSP Engineer - Audio

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in Android Audio framework/AudioReach/ALSA
  • Understanding of TDM/PCM/I2S/PDM/Slimbus/Soundwire Audio Hardware Interfaces
  • Experience with Digital Microphones, Amplifiers and Audio Codecs
  • DSP experience (porting and optimization of algorithms with real-time debugging)
  • Strong knowledge in C/C++
  • RTOS concepts and ARM architecture knowledge
  • Linux kernel and Android debugging experience
