Responsibilities For Engineer, Staff Manager - C#.Net
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for requirements, design, development, test, and configuration management across multiple projects
- Partner with product management, partners, customers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and ship products
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Define, document, and improve engineering processes

Requirements For Engineer, Staff Manager - C#.Net
- BE/BTech/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 12+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in technical leadership role
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- In-depth understanding of requirements management, test management, and configuration management
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Angular, .NET, C#, ALM Tool
