Description For Engineer, Staff - WLAN System Test

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Staff Engineer for WLAN System Testing to join their engineering team. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in wireless networking and system testing.

The position demands deep expertise in WLAN technologies, including IEEE802.11 protocols (a/b/g/n/ac/ax), and comprehensive knowledge of wireless security protocols like WPA2/WPA3. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and be capable of handling independent projects.

Key responsibilities include conducting functional testing, Bluetooth co-existence testing, and IoT WLAN testing. You'll work with various traffic generator tools such as Spirent, Ixia, and Chariot/Veriwave, and perform standard networking tests (RFC2544, RFC2889, RFC3918).
