Engineer - System Performance

Qualcomm is seeking a System Performance Engineer to join their innovative team in Bangalore. This role is crucial in analyzing and optimizing SoC level Performance and Power across Automotive, Mobile, Compute and AI workloads. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in 5G and mobile chipsets.

As a System Performance Engineer, you'll be responsible for conducting performance analysis of Multimedia, Modem, and ML workloads on emulation platforms for future SoCs. You'll work with both Operating Systems (Linux, Android) and engage in debugging performance issues. The role requires a deep understanding of architecture for next-generation mobile chipsets and the ability to identify optimization opportunities in both Software and Hardware architectures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of Systems Engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Embedded Systems Programming (C, C++) and Linux Kernel Programming is essential. Knowledge of Computer Architecture, Memory Architecture, and Compiler Optimization Techniques will be valuable assets.
