Engineering IT Software Solutions Manager

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced software development manager to join their Engineering Software Solutions and Data Services team (ESSDS). The position involves managing a team of about 20 software developers working on HPC infrastructure optimization, hardware IP management systems, and petabyte-scale cloud data platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring 14+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 6 years in leadership roles. They should possess strong technical expertise in languages like Java, Python, and C++, along with experience in cloud environments and microservices architecture. The role requires someone who can balance technical leadership with people management, driving innovation while fostering a collaborative team culture.
