Responsibilities For Failure Analysis Engineer

  • Fault Isolation of semiconductor IC devices to determine root cause
  • Evaluate electrical characteristics of systems and integrated circuits
  • Review current and historical production and quality data
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams
  • Analyze design, reliability, or yield failures
  • Use state-of-the-art analytical tools and process data

Requirements For Failure Analysis Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of Fault isolation techniques and hands on experience
  • Advantest digital automatic test equipment (ATE) hands on experience
  • Sound theoretical knowledge of Digital/Analog CMOS circuits
  • Experience with CAD layout tools
  • Hands on experience with semiconductor IC Failure Analysis
