Functional Safety Engineer, Staff

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing critical compliance of design, development, and manufacturing processes while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, with strong expertise in functional safety standards, particularly ISO 26262. You'll need to demonstrate proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis, along with various certifications including ISO 9001:2015, Automotive SPICE, and Six Sigma.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced testing methods, performing data analysis to identify trends, ensuring quality integration across all functions, and developing training materials for ISO certifications. You'll work independently while providing guidance to team members and making significant decisions that impact beyond your immediate work group.
