Game Performance Test Engineer/Sr

Qualcomm China is seeking a Game Performance Test Engineer/Sr for their AP functional Linux performance test team. This role focuses on China top game performance testing, data analysis, initial debug for optimization, and automation for efficiency improvement. The candidate will be responsible for issue triage and analysis based on platform impact on game performance, including HW architecture, Kernel scheduler & governor, GPU driver, etc. They will manage test requirements & schedules, design and optimize test plans, publish test reports, and communicate with stakeholders across all sites. The role involves leading and driving tests independently, collaborating with software/hardware engineers and system design engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues, and developing and optimizing automation tests to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting game performance tests and data analysis
• Debugging and optimizing performance issues
• Developing and improving automation tests
• Managing test requirements and schedules
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of system test/development experience on Android platform products
• Familiarity with Qualcomm platform (preferred)
• Experience with game performance testing and GPU performance
• Experience with automation test development using Python/Java/C/C++
• Experience managing or coordinating across multiple functional teams and sites (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Quick learning ability and open-mindedness
