Description For Gaming Software Engineer

Qualcomm China is seeking talented software developers for their gaming team to work on gaming-related development on Qualcomm's platforms. As a Gaming Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of mobile gaming technology, working with Qualcomm's industry-leading mobile SOCs that power hundreds of millions of smartphones worldwide.

The role involves collaborating with top game studios to optimize games for Snapdragon platforms, developing Elite-Gaming features, and creating demos for cutting-edge technologies like VRS and ray tracing. You'll be working with advanced rendering technologies and contributing to the commercialization of new gaming features.

The ideal candidate should have excellent C/C++ programming skills, experience with Direct3D, and knowledge of 3D graphics APIs. Experience with game engine development (UE4 or Unity) and advanced rendering technology is a plus. You'll be joining a team that values communication, quick learning, and high motivation.

Requirements For Gaming Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Excellent skill of C/C++ programming

  • Good communication skills and team player abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly with high motivation
  • Able to read/write English documents
