IT Engineer, Associate

Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (Korea) YH is seeking an IT Engineer, Associate to join their team in Seoul, Korea. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in IT Support or a related area. The role involves providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for various IT equipment, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with other IT teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, network connectivity, and hardware components
• Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing permanent solutions
• Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate and resolve specialized issues
• Maintaining accurate records of service desk activities
• Participating in IT projects and initiatives for service and process improvements
• Managing IT equipment assets and tracking
• Provisioning computer equipment

Required skills and experience:

• 1+ year of experience in IT Support or related area
• 1+ year of experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS 10/11, Basic Networking, Active Directory, and remote support tools
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
