Responsibilities For Module/Component SQE, Staff
- Work with package development engineering team on supplier selection
- Risk assessment and qualification for products and processes
- Quality plan definition and execution for suppliers
- Process audit and monitoring manufacturing processes
- Lead quality problem solving and yield improvement
- Proactive quality monitoring at supplier sites
- Analyze defect trends and lead continuous improvement programs
- Serve as primary escalation point for supplier quality issues
- Support change management processes
Requirements For Module/Component SQE, Staff
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or relevant fields
- At least 8 years of hands-on working experience in high volume Module industry
- Understanding of cleanroom environment, ESD control
- Familiar with quality standards (IATF16949, ISO16262, VDA 6.3)
- Experience with quality tools (DOE, APQP, PPAP, SA, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma)
- Experience handling internal, external and customer quality audit
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
