PD Program Manager, Senior

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Senior PD Program Manager to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This role is part of the Engineering Services Group and focuses on Program Management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with 3+ years in Project/Program Management. They will be responsible for developing, defining, and executing plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. The role involves monitoring and driving programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop program goals and set priorities
• Managing multiple medium-sized programs with moderate complexity
• Developing and managing program Plans of Record
• Establishing key program metrics and driving team performance
• Identifying and securing resources for program/technology demands
• Driving risk identification and mitigation
• Promoting program vision and objectives within the team and to management

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels
• Sound knowledge of SOC design cycle, Development Process, and customer deployment
• Proven leadership/management experience
• Process definition & implementation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of Program Management or related work experience
• 3+ years of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP Certification
• 10+ years of Program Management or related work experience
• 5+ years of work experience interacting with senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools
