Pre/Post Silicon Validation Engineer with SoC Security and access control Expertise

Qualcomm is seeking a Pre/Post Silicon Validation Engineer to join their System Validation & Emulation (SVE) team within the Bangalore Design Center. This role is crucial in validating hardware solutions and integrating new hardware to maximize software productivity and enable faster time to market. The position involves performing Hardware Security validation at core and system level, debugging in emulation and post-Silicon environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional validation test plans, developing validation test content, and executing tests on both Pre-Silicon (FPGA based emulation platform) and Post-Silicon platforms. They will work with a portfolio of Hardware-based Security IPs managing encryption accelerators, SoC Security, Fuses, Access Control, Secure Boot, and Trusted Platform Module.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Product Engineers, Design, Design Verification, Software, Firmware, and Program Managers. The role requires driving overall Security Hardware Validation across different segments of Qualcomm's business including Automotive, Mobile, Modem, Compute, and IOT/XR.
