Key responsibilities include performing IO analyses, analyzing power distribution, conducting package extraction for both time and frequency domain analysis, and providing crucial design guidelines. The position requires extensive collaboration with board, package, and IC designers, making effective cross-organizational communication essential.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically in DDR/SerDes in Package/PCB/System Design related to compute/server standards. Strong expertise in electromagnetics, transmission line theory, and proficiency with industry-standard tools like HFSS, Q3D, and SPICE is essential.

  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in DDR/SerDes in Package/PCB/System Design
  • Experience in electromagnetics and transmission line theory
  • Proficiency in field solvers (HFSS, Q3D, Sentinel-PSI, Clarity)
  • SPICE transient simulation experience
  • Experience with IBIS and IBIS AMI models
