Principal Engineer/Manager/Director, CAD tools & Methodology

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a senior leader to head their CAD tools and methodology team in Noida. This is a critical role within Qualcomm's hardware engineering division, where you'll lead a team of 20+ professionals developing and implementing cutting-edge CAD tools and methodologies.

The position offers an opportunity to work with one of the world's leading technology innovators, focusing on enabling the development of complex SoCs in cutting-edge process nodes. As the Principal Engineer/Manager/Director, you'll be responsible for managing all CAD functions in Noida, including front-end and RTL2GDS tools, while driving global tools, flows, and methodologies as part of the worldwide CAD organization.

The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of experience in developing tools/flows/methodologies in RTL, DV, synthesis, PnR, or Signoff, along with a proven track record of driving innovative solutions. Your leadership experience managing medium-sized teams will be crucial as you interface with Qualcomm execution teams and drive the local EDA vendor ecosystem.
