Product Development and Test Engineer, Senior

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Development and Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is part of the Product Development and Test Engineering (PDTE) group, responsible for design validation, characterization, and production deployment of multiple leading-edge IPs for 5G products in advanced FinFET semiconductor process technologies.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment. You'll be collaborating closely with IC Design, Software, Systems, and Operations engineering teams to enable high-volume manufacturability of products. The role encompasses various aspects of test engineering, including Digital Test Engineering, Mixed Signal, Microprocessors, HSIO, Logic, Memory, DFT, DFM, and Machine Learning.

Key responsibilities include operating ATE to validate and debug new product functionality, test HW/SW development, characterization across corner conditions, and releasing cost-effective production test solutions for mass manufacturing. The role offers growth opportunities within Digital Test Engineering and adjacent disciplines like Yield Management, Diagnostics, and Product Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields, with strong expertise in circuit design basics and VLSI technologies. Experience with Python, Java/C++, and various test equipment is essential. Knowledge of DFT techniques and structural tests is highly valued.
