Product Development and Test Engineer, Senior

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Development and Test Engineer to join their Product Development and Test Engineering (PDTE) group. This role is crucial in design validation, characterization, and production deployment of multiple leading-edge IPs for 5G products in advanced FinFET semiconductor process technologies. The position involves working closely with IC Design, Software, Systems, and Operations engineering teams to ensure high-volume manufacturability of products.

The role offers significant growth opportunities within Digital Test Engineering, including specialization in Mixed Signal, Microprocessors, HSIO, Logic, Memory, DFT, DFM, and Machine Learning. You'll be responsible for operating ATE to validate and debug new product functionality, develop test HW/SW, characterize across corner conditions, and release cost-effective production test solutions for mass manufacturing.
