The position involves working closely with IC Design, Software, Systems, and Operations engineering teams to ensure high-volume manufacturability of products. Key responsibilities include operating ATE to validate and debug new product functionality, test HW/SW development, characterization across corner conditions, and releasing cost-effective production test solutions for mass manufacturing.
This role offers excellent growth opportunities within Digital Test Engineering, including specialization in Mixed Signal, Microprocessors, HSIO, Logic, Memory, DFT, DFM, and Machine Learning.
