Description For Product Development Test Engineer - Advanced Node Test Chips

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Test Engineer for their Advanced Node Test Chips team. This role is integral to developing Qualcomm's leading-edge Snapdragon IPs, Testchips, and Products in the most advanced silicon technology.

The position requires a skilled professional with 3-5 years of semiconductor VLSI testing experience who will be responsible for various aspects of chip development and testing. Key responsibilities include IC design review, hardware testing, foundry engagement, and advanced silicon data analysis. The engineer will work on validation and bring-up of test-chips in advanced process technology nodes, developing test plans with design engineers, and implementing test programs on ATE to qualify new IPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical/electronic engineering fundamentals, with expertise in digital, analog, mixed-signal, and VLSI. Technical requirements include proficiency in both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, Perl, and Python, and hands-on experience with semiconductor testing and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
