Program Manager

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 2 years of Program Management experience. They should be comfortable working in a large matrixed organization and have experience with program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts. The role involves tracking key metrics, providing early warnings for potential deviations, and creating risk mitigation plans.
