Program Manager - XR Chipset SW

This Software Program Manager position, focused on Chipset SW teams, is responsible for program management support and leadership for managing the planning, development, and delivery of software that spans across multiple technology areas and product segments for Qualcomm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with various technology areas such as HLOS, BSP, Modem, Connectivity & Multimedia
• Driving requirements scoping, analysis, and planning
• Establishing clear Plan of Record commitment and driving prioritization
• Managing risk and mitigation strategies
• Developing program indicators to manage program health
• Partnering with other functional areas to establish critical processes
• Developing and establishing strong processes to streamline the development cycle

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge software and hardware technologies in the wireless and semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software product development and program management, with strong domain knowledge in Wireless/Semiconductors/Embedded SW.
