Description For Security IP DV Staff Engineer

As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world class products. Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- Minimum 6+ years experience in IP level verification
- Good in system Verilog and UVM Concept
- Should have good understanding and hands-on experience in developing testbench from scratch and aware of all TB environment concepts
- Should be good in Debugging design by using VCS tool
- Good understanding of digital and Verilog concepts
- Preferrable to have experience in Security related IP like cryptography and prng and RSA algorithms
- Preferrable to have understanding in SiFive RISC processor
- Good understanding in basic bus protocol like AHB/AXI/APB
- Good understanding in Functional/Code coverage
- Good to have Formal tool knowledge either VCF or Jasper gold

Responsibilities For Security IP DV Staff Engineer
- Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems
- Work on bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems
- Develop equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements
- Perform IP level verification
- Develop testbenches from scratch
- Debug designs using VCS tool
- Work on Security related IP like cryptography, prng, and RSA algorithms
- Work with basic bus protocols like AHB/AXI/APB
- Ensure functional and code coverage
- Use formal verification tools like VCF or Jasper gold
Requirements For Security IP DV Staff Engineer
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years (for Bachelor's), 3+ years (for Master's), or 2+ years (for PhD) of Hardware Engineering experience
- Minimum 6+ years experience in IP level verification
