Senior DFT Engineer

As a Senior DFT Engineer at Qualcomm, you will be part of the Hardware Engineering team, focusing on Design for Testability (DFT) for ASICs. You'll be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, with a specific focus on DFT concepts and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing DFT concepts such as scan insertion, ATPG, and coverage analysis
• Defining test mode timing constraints and providing timing fixes
• Scripting in languages like Perl and shell
• Simulating test vectors and performing equivalence checks
• Working with DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tools and ATPG tools

You'll be part of an international team in a dynamic environment, requiring excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. The role demands the ability to multitask, work on high-priority designs in parallel, and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
