Senior DFT Engineer

The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in DFT, ATPG, Scan Insertion, MBIST, and JTAG technologies. You'll be responsible for critical aspects of hardware verification and testing, including DFT insertion, ATPG pattern generation/verification, and post-silicon bring-up/yield analysis.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing test strategies, working with timing constraints, and collaborating with international teams on high-priority designs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in scripting languages like Perl and shell, along with comprehensive knowledge of RTL lint tools and equivalence checking.
