Senior DFT Engineer

The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of experience in DFT, ATPG, Scan Insertion, MBIST, and JTAG technologies. You'll be responsible for critical aspects of hardware verification and testing, including DFT insertion, ATPG pattern generation/verification, and post-silicon bring-up/yield analysis.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing test strategies, analyzing and devising new tests for emerging technologies and custom RAM designs, and working with timing constraints. You'll need expertise in scripting languages like Perl and shell, along with a strong understanding of RTL lint tools and equivalence checking.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, international team environment and capable of managing multiple high-priority designs simultaneously.
