Responsibilities For Senior DFT Engineer
- Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems
- Bring-up yield analysis
- Analyze and devise new tests for new technologies
- Work on multiple high priority designs in parallel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations
Requirements For Senior DFT Engineer
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in DFT, ATPG, Scan Insertion, MBIST, JTAG
- In-depth knowledge of DFT concepts
- Experience in DFT insertion, ATPG pattern generation/verification
- Expertise in test mode timing constraints
- Proficiency in scripting languages (perl, shell)
- Knowledge of equivalence check and RTL lint tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
