Responsibilities For Senior Director of Compute Customer Engineering
- Lead and manage the Compute Customer Engineering team
- Collaborate with OEM and ODM partners to ensure successful product launches
- Understand and communicate customer requirements and designs to internal product and development teams
- Resolve hardware and software design-related issues and features from customer designs
- Provide training and support to customers on software feature design, integration, development, and system debugging
- Handle customer Q&A and work closely with internal developers to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements For Senior Director of Compute Customer Engineering
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 10+ years experience including hands-on engineering development or customer support role
- 5+ engineering leadership or similar leadership role
- Extensive experience in compute OEM or ODM engineering or project management lead roles
- Strong knowledge of operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- 4+ years of experience with debugging techniques
