Description For Senior Engineer - Graphics

Qualcomm, a leading technology innovator, is seeking a Senior Engineer - Graphics to join their team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on embedded software development for graphics in mobile and compute devices, requiring expertise in C/C++ programming and graphics frameworks.

The position involves designing and developing user mode drivers on multiprocessor and multithreaded platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to create optimized graphics drivers for various platforms. You'll be at the forefront of developing solutions for OpenGL, Vulkan, OpenCL, and DirectX implementations.

The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience, strong programming skills, and a deep understanding of embedded systems. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required. Knowledge of Android/Windows graphics frameworks is essential.

Responsibilities For Senior Engineer - Graphics

  • Design and develop embedded software for graphics in mobile or compute devices
  • Develop user mode drivers on multiprocessor and multithreaded platforms
  • Collaborate with software, hardware and systems teams
