Responsibilities For Senior Program manager -- IP Design
- Establish day-to-day operational objectives & organize interdepartmental activities
- Manage change control and escalations
- Assess program/initiative issues and risks
- Conduct team meetings and document issues
- Monitor product/program/project schedule compliance
- Interact with senior management and executives
- Drive alignment across stakeholders
Requirements For Senior Program manager -- IP Design
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in complete IP lifecycle development
- Domain knowledge on IP design, verification, physical design, layout, and characterization
- Deep technical expertise on DLL, PLL, LDO, ADC, DAC, and sensor design
- Experience in RTL to GDS flow of digital IPs
- Strong Microsoft tools skills
- Proven analytics skill in VLSI domain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 4+ years of Program Management experience
- 3+ years of working with operating budgets
