Customer Engineering team is involved in supporting / customizing / optimizing Qualcomm software for AR (Augmented Reality )/ VR (Virtual Reality), Audio, Camera, Display, Graphics, Video and BSP on Qualcomm customer devices: XR (Mixed Reality), VR/AR, Tablets. The team also works to debug & resolve customer issues, train customers & document software for the above technologies.
The candidate is expected to work on internal development platforms such as the MTP, CDP and external customer devices. The candidate should have strong C or C++ programming skills, experience with embedded software development, familiarity with Linux Android environment, Android git process and Android applications (APK). The candidate should be self-driven and will be required to drive tasks and work closely with various technology teams while engaged on customer issues, documentation and training.
This role will be onsite in San Diego.
