Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) object fusion algorithms
- Object fusion development for ADAS/AD features
- Conceptualization, implementation, test, and evaluation of object fusion algorithms
- Adaptation and tuning of sensor fusion algorithms
- Analysis of error reports and defects
- Analysis and evaluation of sensor performance
- Creation, adaption, and calibration of sensor models
- Adaptation of SW architecture to different project needs
- Supporting customer technical demonstrations
- Code review and providing feedback
- Tooling adaptation for object service development
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) object fusion algorithms
- University Degree (Master or PhD) in Signal Processing, Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong background in developing sensor fusion software for camera, radar and lidar sensors
- Profound experience in object tracking, Bayesian inference, state estimation and data association
- Good knowledge in SLAM, ML/DL, Clustering
- Very good knowledge in statistical analysis
- Well-founded knowledge in sensors used in ADAS/AD
- Good programming skills (C++, Python)
- SW testing and debugging experience
- Understanding of software engineering best practices
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to estimate work packages
