Description For Senior Staff Graphics Software Engineer

As a Senior Staff Graphics Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, verifying, and optimizing GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools. You'll work with cutting-edge graphics technologies including DirectX 11/12, Vulkan, and advanced rendering techniques such as Ray Tracing and Mesh shading.

The ideal candidate brings 12-15 years of graphics API experience and strong expertise in C++ development. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and systems to develop and optimize drivers for Adreno GPUs, ensuring compliance with industry standards while pushing performance boundaries.

Responsibilities For Senior Staff Graphics Software Engineer

  • Architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
  • Work with software, hardware, and systems teams to develop compliant and optimized drivers for Adreno GPUs
  • Implement and support Graphics driver for standards (Direct3D, Vulkan)

Requirements For Senior Staff Graphics Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of work experience with C++ or C
  • 12-15 years of experience in graphics APIs including DX11/DX12/Vulkan
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Experience with state of art rendering techniques including Ray Tracing/Mesh shading
  • Performance profiling experience in DirectX/Vulkan games
