Senior/Staff EDA/CAD Engineer (Design Verification & Front End)

Qualcomm, a leading technology innovator, is seeking a Senior/Staff EDA/CAD Engineer to join their energetic multi-site CAD team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on Digital Flows/Methodologies architecture and development, supporting Simulation, Emulation, Formal Verification, and Post Silicon domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CAD/EDA tools flows architecture and development, with strong programming skills in Python. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining CAD infrastructure for silicon design teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing new infrastructure capabilities to accelerate design utilizing multi-site datacenters.

Key responsibilities include CPU bring-up preparation through pre-work on emulation and FPGA platforms, working with verification teams to reproduce silicon fails, and developing test content and strategies. The role requires strong debugging skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work independently while exploring new domains.
