Senior/Staff Product Manager, Core Developer Platform, PC Compute

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Management lead for their Compute Business Unit to drive core developer offerings for the Windows on Snapdragon® initiative. The position requires a deep understanding of Windows development processes, tools, and dependencies across consumer/enterprise segments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with developer workflows and modern Windows development tools, particularly focusing on AI integration. They will work closely with internal stakeholders including product, engineering, marketing, business, and program management teams to develop requirements and plans for core software and tools deliverables.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market analysis, defining product roadmaps, influencing external partnerships, and driving successful product launches. The role demands strong technical expertise in Windows ecosystem, AI technologies, and developer tools, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively in a matrix organization.
