Responsibilities For SOC Physical Design Lead: Sr Lead/Staff
- Work with Hardware and Software teams to understand design requirements and specifications
- Validate architecture/microarchitecture models for peripherals, interconnects, and IPs
- Integrate models to SoC platform and validate IP/System Level use cases
- Perform area, power, performance trade-offs analysis
- Develop specifications and system level architecture
- Work on next generation System-on-chip (SoC) for Compute, smartphone, IoT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural analysis
Requirements For SOC Physical Design Lead: Sr Lead/Staff
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electronics & Communication / Micro Electronics or related field
- Good understanding of SoC Design & Physical Design Concepts
- Understanding of VLSI flow from spec to tapeout
- Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital design, VLSI, computer architecture, HDL languages
- ARM architecture, Coresight architecture, power management fundamentals
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills
