Responsibilities For SoC Power / Performance Validation Engineer
- Perform Pre-Si and Post-Si Power, thermal & performance correlation, debug, and analysis at system level
- Execute regression and PVT testing across different parts, lots, and wafers
- Debug low-level software and hardware issues using JTAG and kernel debuggers
- Conduct Vmin/Fmax measurements and collect data for performance characterization
- Automate validation flows and data analysis using Python
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and verification engineers
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements For SoC Power / Performance Validation Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with post-silicon enabling and SoC Power measurement
- Knowledge in SoC system architecture, ARM CPU architecture
- Knowledge in VLSI Design and Test Methodologies
- Excellent programming skills in C & Python
- Experience with lab equipment including logic analyzers and oscilloscopes
- Experience with debug tools including JTAG and kernel debuggers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
