Description For Engineer- Design Verification

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Design Verification Engineer to join their Verification & Validation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ARM and DSP-based SOC projects. The position involves both pre-silicon and post-silicon validation, requiring expertise in system-level validation and debugging.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership and guidance for silicon validation across multiple SOC projects and platforms. This position demands strong expertise in ASIC validation, board bring-up, and debugging using specialized tools like Lauterbach Trace32, Logic analyzers, and Protocol analyzers.

Responsibilities For Engineer- Design Verification

  • Perform system level validation and debug
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance
  • Execute silicon validation of ARM or DSP based multiple SOC projects and platforms
  • Perform ARM or DSP based SOC Pre-Si and Post Si validation
  • System level validation and debugging

Requirements For Engineer- Design Verification

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in SoC pre/post silicon validation
  • ARM based System-On-Chip Pre-Silicon emulation and Post-Silicon experience
  • ASIC Validation experience related to board bring up and debug
  • Debug experience with Lauterbach Trace32 environment
  • Experience with test equipment like Logic analyzer, Oscilloscope and Protocol analyzers
  • Embedded software development skills in C language
  • Working experience with ARM/DSP Processors/USB/PCIE, Ethernet
