Sr. Staff Atlassian Technical Lead

Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Staff Atlassian Technical Lead to join their Global Engineering IT organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of Qualcomm's engineering tools and processes.

The position requires a seasoned technologist with 10+ years of experience to serve as the Technical Lead for the Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, JSM) and Application Lifecycle Management systems team. You'll be instrumental in supporting Qualcomm's next-generation engineering innovations, including software design, development, testing, integration, and release processes.

As the Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for strategizing, planning, architecting, and executing integration while collaborating with global teams. The role involves managing a team of 3-5 engineers across US/EMEA regions, providing both technical and people leadership. You'll play a crucial role in M&A integration during transition and migration activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in full-stack development, with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. You'll need extensive knowledge of Atlassian tools and cloud services, combined with a deep understanding of distributed systems and enterprise architecture.
