Sr. Staff Windows Developer - Enterprise Solutions

Member of Qualcomm's engineering team partnering with OEMs, top tier enterprise customers, and third-party app vendors to enable Windows on Snapdragon to succeed in the commercial market. Provide technical leadership to identify product gaps and design solutions to enable IT organizations to seamlessly onboard Windows on Snapdragon products. Engage with Qualcomm business teams to define product requirements. Lead the engineering development for enterprise customers' requirements including design and implementation. Oversee engineering efforts for pilot programs with commercial partners and analyze key quality metrics. Provide technical guidance to app vendors for porting critical software to Windows on Snapdragon or resolving compatibility issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Embedded Windows software and good programming skills
• Solid understanding of Operating System concepts
• Windows and/or Linux kernel and development experience
• Experience with UEFI/BIOS features, security features, Windows driver development, Windows applications development
• Strong understanding of C/C++, Shell Scripting or Python skills and hands-on experience on debugging ARM or other SoC embedded systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Ability to co-ordinate across stakeholders and drive towards task completion
