  • Serve as an advocate for quality practices including automated testing
  • Manage CI & CD tools and pipelines
  • Create and maintain configuration standards
  • Develop and implement system enhancements
  • Oversight of critical incident and major system escalations
  • Create mechanisms for fault tolerance and recovery
  • Participate in rotating on-call escalation service
