SW Mesh Development Engineer

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a SW Mesh Development Engineer to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in SW Engineering life cycle or related work. The ideal candidate will have strong SW development skills and experience in SW engineering roles covering SW design, architecture, development, and test.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing software for networking technology areas including WLAN, Ethernet, Bridging, and Routing
• Designing and implementing SW architecture for real-time embedded systems with Linux Operating System
• Working on Mesh technologies in Wi-Fi
• Analyzing upcoming trends in Wi-Fi and Networking

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong technology focus and experience in networking
• Good understanding of product and feature requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-geo teams in the US and worldwide (desirable)
• Forward-looking attitude and ability to analyze industry trends
