As a Qualcomm Senior Systems Test Engineer for Vehicle Testing in Active Safety Platform, you will:
- Test in-vehicle system integration, error guessing, configurability testing, issue reproducibility, exploratory and feature combining tests for our Active Safety Platform features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Collision avoidance features, and High Beam Assist.
- Use BoB HW for data collection and analysis, Osiris for real-time visualization and analysis, and Lauterbach debuggers for ECU flashing.
- Design test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures to ensure the best coverage of feature requirements.
- Review requirements and test cases.
- Document systems-level defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to developers.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and document problems with program function, output, or content.
- Develop testing programs that assess the effectiveness of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
- Implement automated test scenarios using CANoe / CAPL.
- Create and use rest-bus simulation environments (CANoe).
- Assure that the project is developed according to Qualcomm quality standards.
