  • Create bridge between customers and QCT for timely problem resolution
  • Support QCT customers product development and coordinate troubleshooting
  • Manage technical account and project management including pre- and post-sale support
  • Lead cross-functional groups to manage projects
  • Identify internal management intelligence based on customer interactions
  • Represent technical topics for Qualcomm products to customers

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, Senior

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering with 2+ years experience
  • 4-5 years of prior relevant work in industry
  • Knowledge of digital communications and cellular telephony
