Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager, Senior

  • Create bridge between customers and QCT for problem resolution
  • Support QCT customers product development, coordinate trouble-shooting, training, system issues debugging
  • Manage technical account and project management including pre- and post-sale design win support
  • Lead cross-functional groups to manage projects
  • Proactively identify internal management intelligence based on customer interactions
  • Represent technical topics for Qualcomm products to customers at all levels

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, Senior

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2+ years experience
  • 4-5 years of prior relevant work in industry, WOS experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of digital communications and cellular telephony
  • Familiar with Qualcomm's Snapdragon family and embedded tools
  • Superior project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
