Join Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Program Management Staff member, where you'll lead the development of cutting-edge Datacenter IP and SoC solutions. Responsibilities For Technical Program Management/Staff

  • Coordinate, plan and drive IP and SoC development, validation and system integration
  • Negotiate schedule, scope and line up resources to meet aggressive schedules
  • Organize and lead interdepartmental discussions
  • Manage relationships among IP, SoC, SW and system teams
  • Troubleshoot program issues and develop alternative solutions
  • Determine risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Report to senior management on key development milestones
  • Develop processes to increase team productivity
  • Manage teams through design, development, validation, and manufacturing activities

Requirements For Technical Program Management/Staff

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience
  • Experience in chip development and integration
  • Strong IP core design & debug background
  • Technical domain expertise in VLSI development cycle
  • Track record of successful planning and execution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
