Description For Technical Program Manager

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Data Center team, focusing on developing high-performance, energy-efficient server solutions. This role represents an exciting opportunity to work with a company at the forefront of data center innovation.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll define and manage program requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables while working closely with engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders. Risk assessment, mitigation strategy implementation, and change management are key aspects of the role. You'll need to effectively oversee daily activities, establish and track milestones, and manage feature requests while balancing schedules with product value.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in systems engineering or related work, with a strong background in server hardware systems and interfaces. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to build working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and global time zones.
