WoS AppCompat Test Engineer

Qualcomm China is seeking a WoS AppCompat Test Engineer to join their team in Chengdu. This role focuses on ensuring compatibility and performance of applications on Windows on ARM PC platforms.

The position requires a professional with 2+ years of experience in testing Windows PC or Android mobile platforms. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive compatibility and performance testing of China's top applications on Windows on ARM PC, including basic and core functionality assessment, performance metrics analysis, and automation development.

Key responsibilities include performing detailed app compatibility testing, measuring and analyzing performance metrics like launch latency and user experience, maintaining performance dashboards, developing test cases, and implementing automation solutions to enhance testing efficiency. You'll also handle log collection, bug reporting, and validation of fixes.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Strong expertise in automation testing and familiarity with debugging tools for Windows or Android environments is essential. The role requires excellent written English skills for bug reporting and a detail-oriented approach.
